Inviting Users and Assigning Roles
Inviting Others to Use Allstacks
User Management allows you to invite others to use Allstacks.
Note: If your organization uses Single Sign On you can ignore this workflow. You will sign in and create users via your SSO provider instead.
To invite new users, click the “Invite User” button. This will prompt a modal requesting the name, email address and role of the new user. The new user will then receive an invite to your Allstacks organization via email.

Roles appended with “Anonymized Data” will not have access to the Individuals report, and all metrics that would typically display individual data contributor’s names will instead show “Hidden Contributors”.
The View Manager and Read Only roles will enable the Team Access dropdown. This will allow you to restrict the teams that login user is able to view. By default, all users can see all teams.
