Slackbot for Risk Alerts

Allstacks connects with Slack to post daily risk alerts to your teams' channels. Every day your teams see exactly what items need attention, keeping everyone on track. Allstacks captures when and who is sending messages — but don’t worry, we are not capturing the contents. We also look at statistics about the messages sent and received.

Allstacks service connection to Slack is established via OAuth.

Connecting To Slack

  • Before starting, confirm that you are actively signed into Slack with the account, preferably service account, you wish to connect to Allstacks.

  • User needs read permissions for all public workspaces you want to analyze in Allstacks.

Step 1 - Go to your organization's Tools page

In order to connect Slack, you will need an Allstacks account. You can add Slack to your Allstacks instance from the "Tools" page accessed through the Organization menu in the top right.
