Running a Report

To run our existing Reports there are several steps we need to follow to locate the Name required in order to run the report.

In Allstacks' current iteration of Deep Research Agents we are only operating for two of our Agents, Delivery Risk Report and Requirement Analysis Report.

Latest Update: Feb 17, 2026

Delivery Risk Report

Delivery Risk Reports take parent items such as Epics, Initiatives, Features, and etc. to build out an overall assessment of the risk on the effort. Using our matrix it will build Risk Scores and actions that can be taken as an organization.

We look to run this report adhoc to action and then perceive the effects taken from our efforts. Delivery Risk Reports will offer a slew of action items that can be taken within a 24 hour, 1-2 Week, or Elongated period.

Steps:

  1. We will first need to find the Parent Item Name.

    image-20260217-173735.png
  2. Additionally to simplify the search of a Parent Item we can now filter by Type, this can be especially helpful when multiple items may share the same naming structure.

  3. image-20260217-174012.png

When looking to identify an Epic or other Parent Item for the Delivery Risk Report, what items that are in flight (currently being worked on) that you would like to develop insights on.

  1. When performing a look-up typing in a letter, full title, or partial title in the Parent Service Item Search, it will look to query and find items similar to your request.

    1. We can also add any Recipient Emails that we would like to receive this report as well.

Recipient Emails that are added as receivers of this report DO NOT have to be an Enrolled User that is part of your Allstacks' space.

By adding this context you can create a more tailored experience as the report runner or make Allstacks' matrix affix to your organization’s KPIs and Requirements.

This is a WIP Feature so please feel free
