1. Where can I signup for early access to start using Allstacks Deep?

   1. If you're new to Allstacks, you can visit this page to signup for early access. For current customers, you can reach out to your dedicated account team and they can help you get started today.

2. How much does it cost to use Allstacks Deep Agents and produce reports?

   1. Through January 31st, 2026, Allstacks Deep Research is in an early-access promotional period and is available free of charge. We will share additional pricing details and timing around the general availability of Deep Agents when available.

3. What is the minimum quality bar for filling out tickets in order for Deep Agents to be effective?

   1. We recommend running the Delivery Risk analysis for work items that have affiliated scope. For the Workflow Analysis and Spec Readiness, we recommend running these on any higher-level work items going through your typical development/engineering workflow.

4. What data/tools does Allstacks pull from in order to produce Deep Agents reports?

   1. Allstacks only pulls data from your authorized, connected tools within the greater platform. We are SOC2 Type II compliant, and when our platform inspects this data for analysis, it is transferred to the server, processed, and then immediately purged. 5. What types of work items are best suited for Deep Agents?

   1. The best types of work items to perform analysis on are higher-level work items such as epics or initiatives.

6. How often should I run Deep Agents reports?

   1. Deep Research reports are intended to be available on demand; however, we recommend a daily or weekly cadence for running reports, depending on your preferred workflow.

7. What happens if I try to run a report without any available generation tokens?

   1. Without any available tokens, functionality will halt, and you will be prompted to add tokens in order to generate reports again. Note, during the early access period that goes through January 31st, 2026, token limits will not apply, and all Deep Research report runs are free of charge.

8. Can report recipient(s) be outside of Allstacks or my organization?

   1. Any email address can be added to the recipients of the report, and they will be able to receive that report.
