Individual Report

The Individual Report is a great coaching tool. It aggregates coding and team management activity as well as when employees are active along with their sentiment. The Individual Report along with metrics with individual views can be turned off by disabling the configuration found in the Organization Settings.
The Coding section looks at volume, churn, build success rate, PR merged, and open PR trends.
The Team Management section looks at issues worked on, actions on PM items, issue throughput, and bouncebacks.
Work Patterns take into account activity detected through the linked tools. If activity is detected, the individual will receive credit for a full hour in Allstacks. During the weekday if more than 8 actions over 8 hours are detected then it will be counted as Overage Hours. Any activity on the weekends will be detected as Overage Hours.
The Engagement section is calculated by monitoring public channel communication, such as issue tracking system comments and connected messaging applications.
