  1. Begin creating a new custom SAML application in your Google admin console. You can find instructions for this here:
    https://support.google.com/a/answer/6087519?hl=en

  2. Log into Allstacks. In the top right, open the organization menu and click Settings. Enable the SAML/SSO feature and click the Configure button.

  3. When presented with the Identity Provider information during SAML application creation process in the Google admin console, copy the Entity ID, SSO URL, and Certificate into the Allstacks SSO configuration form. The SSO URL will be used for the SSO URL and Logout URL fields. Download the certificate from the Google admin console and open in a text editor. Paste the contents into the Identity Provider Cert field in Allstacks.

  4. When prompted for the Service Provider info in the Google admin console, enter the URL shown in the Allstacks configuration page. This URL will be used for both the Entity ID and the Assertion Consumer Service (ACS) URL. The Start URL is not needed.

  5. On the Attribute Mapping step in the Google admin console, add custom attributes for the user’s first name, last name, and email. On the Allstacks SSO configuration page, enter the attribute names you used into the corresponding fields.
